Share with care
Dear parents and caregivers,
These lessons began as guidance for my children from around age 16. They can help your child understand work, money, relationships and the effects of everyday choices.
Read one together when it fits what your child is facing. Ask what they think, share your own experience and try one small action. Let the lesson begin a conversation, with room for questions and different views.
The aim is to help young people become honest, kind and responsible, with the confidence to think for themselves. Adapt each lesson to your family and listen with patience. When a problem needs more support, seek it.
With respect, from one parent to another
